I've just seen this go through on the LJ Twitter feed:

Setting out for a helicopter pad.

What's the most unusual job you've done for a client?

Not exactly landscaping, but I got asked to look after a clients mothers grave last week. "Just keep something alive and flowering" he said..... :) :)
  • I saw that on Twitter. Probably one of the more strange requests I think
  • I was asked to to "pop hubbies ashes in the border for me - there's a good lad".  They had been on a shelf in the garage for over a year!!

Did you do it? I'd hope to do it on a still day, wouldn't want to get a face full of ashes.

      • Yup and planted a rose on him!

We had the ashes one years ago which I declined thought that was a one off for us only! I often have to repair a lawn where a helicopter lands on the main lawn. We had to fill a Ditch in once as the owners did not like the colour of the water flowing down it, so 300 tons of materials and another 200 tonnes to level out the lawns they were happy!
