The University of Warwick has two tenders out at the moment, one for a soft/hard landscaping job and another for a Landscape Architect.     If you are able to handle the larger contracts youmay be interested in the TED site supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union

    This lists all tenders which fall into the european procurement policy. The site is updated 5 times a week and lists tenders and calls for competition.

    Try here for the TED site. Other wise go to http://ted.europa.eu/ you will need to select the langauge you are most comfortable with using.
