It comes across as gibberish because it's constantly repeating itself (more than my wife if that can be believed!)
As for stock photos I've never understood the need for it. We all have phones these days that take reasonable/good pictures why not take some pics while working?
It is certainly very repetitive.
A guy was prosecuted and fined for putting photos of people's block paving on his website which was not his own work.

If they're stock photos and royalty free ( or you paid to use them under license ) then you're not infringing any copyrights, so will be fine to use.
I'd treat them as 'place holders' until you can generate your own photos, which is always prefable.
I'd make no reference on your website that they are examples of your work, thus not misleading anyone.
