Very True! when i did the solid 4 days last year, using a long reach HL100, my arms needed a good rest after!
would it not be easer to do it off a platform of some type, its not really a good idea swinging a hedge cutter around when you are on top of a ladder as you need both hands on the machine
I tried using a platform before with adjustable legs, much preferred using a ladder If I'm honest. If i needed to go higher or lower i just took a step, compared with having to get off the platform and adjusting the legs and then back up. Always have someone holding the ladder of course!
