Have you tried a light oil (wd-40 or equivalent) to the blades? - if they are sticking in any way they may cause this problem.
Yes done that. The odd thing is everything seems to be moving smoothly, the battery is fine in my other trimmer so it has to be a machine problem rather than a battery problem
That's not good to hear, mine is out of warranty I think, I will double check. Do you know what was done to repair it?
