Shower sharing with next door regulations

I had a chat with a friend about the new regulation for watering. He asked how they deal with that in Israel: I said that some years are worth than other and than changing the rules.

On severe ones you can only use drip irrigation, but only at night time.

Also we had to take a shower with the next door together- luckily mine looked great.

You can imagine there far more baby born in the next year.
