In the last five years GreenArt has established a reputation for creating beautiful gardens across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties for private domestic clients. To meet an increasing demand for our innovative designs and high quality workmanship we are looking to develop our team with the addition of an experienced landscaper/team leader who is looking to further develop their career with a growing company.
You will need to have at least five years experience of hard and soft landscaping across all disciplines, including paving, walling, decking, turfing, planting and water features. You will need to be qualified in the operation of 360 degree excavators, dumpers, rollers and abrasive wheels. You will also need to demonstrate experience in supervising and motivating junior team members and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Horticultural qualifications would be an advantage. You will have full use of a company vehicle so a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Monday to Friday inclusive: 08.00am to 5.00pm – 1 hour’s break (unpaid) – 40 hours per week
£25,000 – £28,000 p.a. D.O.E.
