Senior operatives require at least two years relevant experience and a driving licence.  You must be friendly, pro-active and have a ‘can do’ attitude.  Plant ID skills, CSCS card or Horti qualifications looked upon favourably but not essential.

Foremen require at least five years grounds maintenance experience, some plant ID knowledge and a driving licence.  Again you must be friendly, pro-active and positive, with commercial awareness.

Yard Manager/foreman post requires candidates to have at least five years grounds maintenance experience, first class organisational skills, familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and ability to undertake minor mechanical repairs.  Experience in a similar role will be looked upon very favourably.
