I recall looking into it at first when I started the business, but cannot put my finger on it as to why I didn't go for it in the end. I found a calendar called CalenMob very useful up to now...an initial £4.99 and I was good to go...no monthly fees. It looks as if a monthly fee is required to get that sort of service....grateful for your input...
But I would usually get the program to send reminders to me or team members instead (for example to pick up a tool/plant/grass seed etc) if not usually done/carried out on a visit.
Thank you so much for your input. I'm going to look into that again. I have done so before, but did not go that route earlier on for whatever reason. As the business is expanding fairly quickly, I will need to find a good communication tool for other employees and by the sounds of it, Jobber seems to be the one...
Cheers!
I have got into the habit of booking appointments as a job (in jobber) and sending the client a reminder from it.
How do you do that then Nick? Do you have your email address set up as one of the clents?
You set a task or job, assign it to the team member you want reminded and select how far in advance you want the reminder sent. Reminders are sent by email.
Aaahh... yes of course. I use the customer visit reminders but I'm the only team member with an email inputted so I forgot about the team reminder function. doh!
Not sure 100% but does Gmail not do something like that?
