Replacing grass (moss) on a steep slope

A client has 1.5m high steep banks to the side and in front of their house, which face North and East These are 80% moss, they want me to returf them. The soil is.light clay on chalk.Am I right in thinking RTF turf is the way to go, if I dig in a good amount of horticultural sand/grit. Then after a few months feed the grass regularly the moss should have more difficulty in conquering the area.Obviously the normal anti moss treatments twice a year as well.Is there anything I am not thinking about, that I need to factor in?ThanksAdam

I'd kill the moss first and take it from there

I'm stripping the whole surface....my back is reminding me of that at the moment.☺

I'd still put some iron or something down as the spores go everywhere
