Nobody know of anyone, i hear B&Q are good.
This order will be over a grands worth of plants.
I don't know any in your area but I would recommend a Google search for nursery's and garden centres followed by a phone call to secure a trade discount. Also depends what your ordering.
IMO B&Q are fairly good but you will be paying retail? They seem to mostly operate on seasonal stock but this may vary between stores. I tend to see plants that need watering so I suspect the staff don't take as much care of them as they should. If you have the time to hand select and they have what you want at the price you want i would go for it.
So I googled wholesale plant nursery devon and got a healthy list , not to mention Jacksons Plants
You need to visit some, see the stock, plant husbandry, etc
