Can someone please help identifying.

It appears to have very invasiv steme root system and is lifting pavers.

It has small orane berries and a spiky stem.

I thought some sort of pyrachantha but not one i have seen.

It is approx 15foot high.

My local nurseryman was unsure also.

          Unfortunately it is lifting quite a few pavers and causing a trip hazard.

          It is surrounded by quite alot of dense shrubbery so fear we wont be able to eradicate all the root system.
