Pitch Care

Hi guys just wanted to know am I just haveing a one off problem with Pitch Care or has any one else had problems, 3 weeks and no delivery or a phone call to explain whats up, so I give them a calland they say they had run out and one will be there on Thursday. But wheres the harm in making a phone call to tell me that after I had placed the order and they had taken the money.

    Apparently they knew nothing about it in the office, they thought it had been dispatched but dispatches hadn't dispatched it because they didn't have any in stock.

    Good customer care costs nought though and letting you know would have kept you onside.

    Did you ask why they hadn't called you?

    Had the same about four months ago, computer said item in stock but wasn't and total confusion followed for about three weeks till they proved that they never send the item out. Did however receive a free coffee cup with order. To be fair, once the sales chap was fully aware of the issue he kept me informed and chased it up for me.

    Well Landscpae Juice realy does have the power, have recieved an email from the MD after he had been informed of theis post, appologiseing and explaining the situation and hopefully it should be here on Thursday at the latest.

    So all is well and I will use them again in the future as we all make mistakes at some point.
