Although I should say what lead time is required? It'll be about 5 weeks for me to get to them so if that is too long then I'll have to turn this down.
I'm pretty sure they would go for the 5 week period, I can get the lawn sorted in the meantime and leave the patio as the final priority as it is at the top of the garden
I'll be sure to keep you posted either way and will make it plain to them it will be a 5 week wait.

The fences & shed have been painted to their tastes, now I need to level the nasty "lawn area" ready to lay topsoil & put it to seed.
