Sounds like you need to start using a more integrated system. Various around that will manage diary, invoicing, customer accounts etc. Just depends how far to go.
Jobber seems to be popular. We use Real Green Service Assistant, but thats more tailored for lawn care.
For pure online diary / docs etc we use MS Office Live 365 and have the Outlook Calendar shared amoungst several devices for people to see. This also give access to the MS Office programmes and cloud storage.
Andrew, I have just had a look at MS Office, we currently use Onedrive (free) on the mac and tablet to do work on the go. Do you use Outlook calendar as a diary and how do you find it?
90+% of smart phone calendars will sync up to and thru the Cloud.
One of the easiest/cheapest is to sync iCal (or phone's equivalent) to Google Calendar.ie keep main calendar on Office PC and sync between iOS or Android or MS phones. .....There are so many options ( and directions).
Thanks for the replies, we have iPads in the vehicle so that shouldn't be a problem. Will have a look into the ones below and hopefully can find something useful!
