London Stone Piloting New Opening Hours

Hi LJN,

We have some news to share, London Stone are piloting new summer opening hours.  Until further notice our showroom phone lines will be open until 8pm at night (Previously we closed at 5:30pm).  Why have we done this?  Were trying to make our clients lives that little bit easier.  We know how busy our trade clients are in the summer months.  These new longer opening hours will give landscapers and designers greater flexibility of when they can speak to us.   Were not advocating or encouraging people to be working until 8pm but in reality most of us do utilize the  early evening for carrying out admin and “non paying tasks”.  We recognise this and are changing our opening hours to fit around our clients busy schedules.  Any feedback welcome

Thanks  Steve

Seems like a good idea to me. It only takes being stuck in traffic to miss opening hours of places so it's worth giving it a go.
    • This is why I have a hands free and all the numbers of my suppliers on the phone. That way I can do things like this when I drive :)

But Steve it is a great idea! It is such a handy thing!!

  • Cheers Richard and James, we're going to give it a whirl until the end of October and see how things go
