5* Google reviews are the highest ranking. Relevent content is higher a good trick is to rename all the pictures on your site with search phrases eg gardeners in Mytown or lawn treatments in Yourtown.
And blogging will embedding phrases relevent to searches at this time of year of the blog is posted.
As a designer I think I've got higher listing (more enquiries anyway) by being on Homify and Houzz, the house and garden sites, as they use my photos (with link to website) in their articles as well as featuring my profile.
