Hi Everyone
We posted this announcement to all of our user today and post it here to inform the landscape community further
A large software company operating mostly in the construction sector is currently contacting our clients and advising them that we are closing/retiring/ selling our business
THIS IS NOT TRUE!
We remain committed for the long term to serving the Landscape sector with LiberRATE and our dedicated support and advice towards making landscape contractors profitable.
We request (and it would be a great help) if you report any incidences of malicious rumours by this company if they do contact you.
If you would like to know who they are please reply and we will let you know privately. They are a UK company whose other software is used by landscapers for project management and job costing.
We have politely asked them to stop but they refuse to acknowledge our communication.
Please support us by reporting back if you have been contacted and informed that we are closing. WE ARE NOT!
Also just to let you know that the new LiberRATE is now in final testing and we hope to announce its release shortly.
With thanks for your support.

Sorry to hear this Sam.
Is this coming from the company in general or from a single person?
Hi Phil
It must be the company as we have written to their MD them and asked them to stop. An MD could stop it at a stroke if he directed it and as it seems to continue I must assume its from the company.
That's bad news Sam.
If you can provide some proof I'd be happy to name the company.
