Cool. There are so many neat new features. I like the revised and configurable iOS control panel:

A simple way to test the speed of a website is to use one of the many tools online. This one is from Google.

When I looked into it, there are quite a lot of calls to scripts made by Ning when the page loads. It's probably just getting a bit bloated over time as the developers make changes and fixes. At some point with software it's usually a good idea to start over, but mostly it's impossible when there are many users etc.
Personally I don't mind about the speed, you get used to it :)

It's much the same for me, similar delays in loading.

On a Samsung s7, tried on WiFi and 4g, cleared caches etc etc but always that delay that I don't get on any other forum I visit.

We’ll continue to monitor but performance it is what it is and seems device / configuration dependent.

With the continual platform development dont get too hung up about it and hopefully new features and options will appear, so keep positive and enjoy the support and camaraderie found on LJN ...
