Landscaping quote with no vehicle access

Hi

This is a new one for me and just wondering how you would tackle it as its seems a  problem

I have a client who lives on a new build estate and they want all there paving replaced with a non concrete type with a rear patio yet the house is on a footpath with the access to the drive under a 150meter high opening between existing houses.

My low roof transit will not fit so no access for skip lorry for disposal or delivery of supplies and due to quanity of the slabs needed it would be difficult to transport myself.

Sure this is not a new problem and one that comes up serveral times in our work.

  • would a high lift powered barrow be any good 1.5 m dos not seem very high (5ft) how did the builders get the materials there to build the new houses? failing that it will be back to the good old days pick, shovel, and wheel barrow

  • If the tarmac is in good condition use a pallet truck can then carry a ton at a time then just hand ball when next to gate.

  • Hire a 0.5T walk-behind tracked dumper, much more powerful and bigger capacity than the muck truck and will do the job, we always uses these on restricted access projects, something like this:
