Hi Tom,
Have you considered Quickbooks? i wasn't sure at first, signed up lat year but couldn't easily get the hang off it and gave up. After spending too much time sending word document invoices i gave it another crack. After sitting it down and working everything out, it was saved me too much time its unreal! all the features on it are very good. Think its well worth the £9 a month.
Just a thought :)
I use jobber for scheduling, time sheets, invoicing, quoting and expense tracking. It suits my business perfectly and their customer service is fantastic. With regards to offline you can still see your schedule for the day and mark jobs as complete. I then invoice when I get home to the wifi if I've been in a black spot. They are making constant updates to the software so I can only see it improving more in the future. I have a recommendation code I can give you that means we both get abit on initial discount it you would like it.
