Hi teams

Just a quickie.  we have just taken on the Jobber software and slowly getting to grips with it but I wondered is there anyone in the Herts or Beds area who has used Jobber and is more prefecient with it who could come into our office (paid of course) to help us with a few bits?

Thank you

Dave

Hi Dave, I'm nowhere near you I'm afraid, but one thing I did and still do is to set up a fictitious client (Mr Test, in my case) and practice quotes, invoices, notifications etc with him.  It's better if you can use an email address that isn't already associated with Jobber as its more like the real thing then.

Also, depending on how late you work, I find the live chat helpful especially if I'm down the office late and just want to know how to do something quickly without trawling through all the helpful links and video's they have.

    Regards, Darren

We use Jobber (based in South Bucks) but have always found the technical support from Jobber to be excellent and they would be my first port of call.
