I have to say I am impressed with Tracmaster (Stewart) for participating in the Cheaper Alternative thread.

It isn't always easy to hear negative comments and only react in an objective manner. Tracmaster have not only participated but they have addressed the critique where many would have staid silent or walked away.

Social media is here to stay so it's in every business's interest to embrace it and not hide from it.
