I have noticed a few people are having insurance problems or are wanting to know who the best/cheapest insurance companies are.

I have recently met a great company through a local business networking group in London. The company is called Insurance Tailors and the brilliant thing about them is that they wrap up all your insurance needs into one premium. For businesses this is great as you can get your vehicles, breakdown, public liability, employers liability, accident cover, life insurance, premises etc all covered under one policy. You deal with a person rather than a machine, and they are very competitive. (My van insurance has come in cheaper than E-van which was the cheapest out there because no people are employed - only computeres that never respond!!). I can't say how brilliant it is and what a relief to know that everything is covered, I just call one person for any claims, and my whole life has just got a lot more simple - I no longer have to worry about which insurance is due for renewal with which company! They deal with personal insurance too and will cover your home, life, personal vehicles etc in one policy. If you hate admin as much as I do then any simplification is well worth it! I'm thrilled with the service I've had and can't recommend them enough. For those people who were struggling to get their nurseries insured give them a ring and see what they can do. I'll be interested to hear how others get on!

  • They must take a cut too which adds another cost into the equation but if you can get a quote for similar cost then it sounds like a good idea if the service and terms are up to scratch.
  • Definitely worth comparing them with some other quotes to give yourself peace of mind, but so far I've been pleasantly surprised!
