its not the best of photos to make a accurate ID from but they look like clay pavers
not many companies manufacturer these any more, the best bet is to call into a Jewsons or Travis Perkins in your town and ask at the counter

theirs a company up near easingowld in yorkshire that makes them, cant remember their name but they were making them last year for sure so would be a good bet, not sure their name though.
