When were the Which articles written? As it now costs in the region of £200 just for a skip large enough to remove patio spoil for a small patio the section on removing patio and replacing with whatever must be very dated. How about the rest? 1990? 2000? certainly not 2015 if its author and editor are to be credible.
I believe the article was 2012?
Who takes an hour to do a lawn that size and then charges £30? 20 minutes would be stretching it including edging/strimming. If I told someone it was going to be £30, I'd soon be sent packing and quite rightly so! On the other hand, some of the other figures don't look enough.
It does say that the survey was conducted in July 2012
