Have you done any test searches on Houzz (or Google) using the criteria you'd hope to be found by?
never herd of them so I googled them
they seem to be 99% interior jobs or that is my first impressions and mostly in the south of the uk
It seems to be a mix of Twitter and LinkedIn, bringing various Trades and clients together. We have some content on the site already in the form of images of work and a few reviews. But we have never got a Job lead. We would, for our money a prioritised listing in our area, but I get the impression like David mentioned, they are not that well know in the UK.
