Haven't personally worked for them but was talking to a chap who was doing the grounds at my local tesco.They pay £15 per man per hour and allot the time in man hours per job leaving it up to the subcontractor how many men he uses.This particular chap had been contracting for them for a few years and seemed quite happy,saying that they were prompt payers.They will want to inspect you and your equipment and also want their logo on your van(next to yours).
