Finding good staff (Bristol)

I am always looking to take on new quality staff but struggling to find decent candidates. So far I am advertising on Gumtree and Indeed but the skills and experience of the applicants is generally below what I am looking for.

In particular I am looking for highly experienced landscapers to run teams and also potentially someone who can look at new work and price jobs.

I live in Bristol. Can anyone help with ideas of how to go about finding good quality staff?

    I think you're looking in the right area. Plus also advertise on LJN.

    It's often a case of you just need to persevere and work through the CV's and trials to end up with the right person. It's very frustrating. We've just been let down badly by someone after 6 weeks and it's back to looking for someone else now.
