I don't think that it's possible as your voicemail is on your network, not in the phone.
It won't solve your problem but it is easy to record messages for people to listen to (and you don't have to call - it can be done over wifi). You can also have a facility where different callers can have different answerphone messages if you so wish.
My favourite feature is the translation of voicemails to texts - it is much quicker to read something than to have to listen to something. It also sends a copy of the text and audio to my email.

You could try a virtual receptionist service, they provide a greeting that is preset by you so perhaps they could also do one that changes by day if you ask them to? Not quite what you were saying but often they throw in an 0800 number so could be worth it for the bigger picture. They take a message and just email you the message to get back to the person with, and everyone still gets a person to speak to rather than a voicemail.
They seem to start from about £20 a month (can you tell I've been looking at this recently?). The most advertised one at the moment is e-Receptionist but there are other big'uns like Jam out there too if its any help :)
Hope you find something good!
