Can't really help mate not seen it in lawns. Try one of the broadleaf selective weed killers maybe

Hi Richard, cheers for the reply, yes I've never seen it in a lawn either, this particular lawn has really bad drainage, spends most of the winter under or sat in water and never sees sunshine (so I'm told), unless Progreen can think of an alternative then I was going to try a broadleaf selective weed killer, but was hoping there could be something more specific I can spray or do to eradicate it. Thank you for reply mate..

Hi Harry, do you have any pictures? Coud it be "mind your own business" weed? Looks similar. Seeing more of that in damp shady areas. If so, try flail 2.

Hi Andrew, I'm going to be passing the garden tomorrow afternoon so will take a pic and upload it, the leaf on it is larger than "mind your own business", it is round and has a glossy green finish to the top side of the leaf area, I've not got or seen this weed growing in any of my other lawns but have seen "Pennywort" growing near ponds and streams and it looks the same, but will take a pic tomorrow and post it up, cheers mate ..

Thought I'd better just hold off ringing Progreen just until I'm 100% sure of the weed I'm dealing with, looks like A form of Pennywort to me but if anyone has any further advice that would be super duper, many thanks Harry
