I always suffer like this.
Normally after the first full day of laying I'd not be able to walk but usually eased off after a couple of days. Stretching before you start is always good.
Trouble is, if hamstrings get tight, the back gets tight too and that can lead to greater problems.
Or yoga
keep well hydrated and take a pinch of salt on whatever you are eating :)
Tight legs: Warm up and warm down,a few star jumps, burpees, sit ups etc will do wonders before and after work, if you are doing concentrated type activity.
Cramp: As matt says, salt; the current trend to reduce salt in foods correctly recognises that more and more people are in sedentary occupations. If you are in an active occupation like ours where, especially when it is warm, most of you will sweat (the lady landscapers will glow and the bosses will perspire of course) losing salt which needs replacing.
i awoke with severe cramp in left leg (usually right) sunday morning...
