Bug bomb my van?

Hi,I've got a van full to the brim with green waste that I can't dispose of until Monday morning as the trade waste area is closed. Needless to say the vans already infested with bugs, webs everywhere, etc. Whilst I'm not squeemish, it is literally infested already and it's off putting while driving. Therefore I was considering using a bug bomb in the van to kill it all. Has anyone tried this?

Get the van empty, open all the doors and get in with backpack blower - however goes with the job - we just name all our spiders and bugs ;)

    • get in with backpack blower

Should look like a scene from Ghostbusters :-)

      • Loving the blower idea, thx :). I'll name the family in the cab the "Fangs" (I have yet to fit my van bulkhead you see) :)
  • Open the doors and let nature take its course...the birds will love it...course you might have to clear up there poo after :)

I find if you remove the shield bugs the spiders will take care of all the other insects and then you can get rid of the spider after a day or so.

  • I use cans of Bob martin flea spray from the supermarket. Couple of quid for a can. Does repeat applications and seems to be residual to!

Personally I would rather sit in with the bugs than the residues of an insecticide and don't like killing creatures unnecessarily either.
