Be safe out there!

just a warning to everyone!

had an accident yesterday doing something so very simple yet it turns out quite dangerous!

got asked to do some stock fencing for someone something I don’t really do but good client so said I’d do it. Post basher ended up bouncing off the top of post and hitting me in the head instead!

so stay safe everyone!

I get fed up of telling my guys not to lift it higher than the post for this reason. Been there, got the T shirt.

That’s not very likely been like it since I was 18!

I'd have expected less damage with a head as hard as yours mate.....;-) I am all too aware how much damage can be done with a slight lack in concentration, hope it heals quickly buddy...

      Thanks mate :)
Worrying thing is that I still think I’m 20 and can brush things like this off.
The wife took my truck keys to work with her today and I’m not allowed them back for tomorrow either:(
Maybe I need to slow down a bit as I still feel rubbish 36 hours later!

head injuries always take time to heal and concussion can last a while, enjoy the home time and rest up mate...

I suppose so. I’m just anxious to get everything done in the next 3 weeks. That’s when I want my time off!

Get well soon. Maybe a slight concussion if you feel ill from it?

I'm the same with the baldy head. I'm pretty sure the hair used to provide some cushioning against bumps etc. Always catching my head on things in peoples gardens as I'm looking down mostly.

The hair thing is what my wife said too!
